Participating countries set for the U-15 World Cup Qualifier in Boca Chica

(Nota de Prensa; WBSC-AMÉRICAS BEISBOL).- En tres semanas se cantará la voz de playball en el Campeonato Panamericano Sub15, doce naciones luchan por cinco cupos para el Mundial de la categoría.

(Press Release; WBSC-AMÉRICAS BASEBALL).- In three weeks playball will be called in the U15 World Cup Qualifier, twelve nations play for five spots in the U15 World Cup.

The tournament will be played in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic from March 16 to 21, which promises to be a very interesting championship, in one of the most attractive categories in the discipline.

Group A will be made up of Brazil and Argentina representing CONSUBE, Panama and Mexico for CONCEBE and Bahamas along with the host of the Dominican Republic representing COCABE.

While in Group B the participants are Venezuela, Peru, as well as Puerto Rico and Cuba, along with Nicaragua and Guatemala, which will play under the WBSC flag.

The U15 World Cup calendar will be announced in the coming weeks, with the intention of creating a competitive championship that is an example of such an important category.

The last edition was held in Valencia, Venezuela, in which rain prevented the completion of a competitive final in which the host country faced Panama for the trophy.

The U15 World Cup Qualifier in the Dominican Republic will feature the participation of dozens of athletes who are at one of the best ages for the sport.

WBSC Americas Baseball seeks to put on a high-quality show in one of the countries with the best baseball on the continent, looking for those five qualifiers that will represent America in the U15 World Cup scheduled to be played this year.
