United States, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic entered the next phase, now they will seek to be in the medal round of the event and the eventual championship game. Mexico and Panama will be in the Placement Round.
The United States defeated the Czech Republic in four innings by knockout with a score of 25-0, leaving the Europeans hitless.
Gavin Gomez drove in six runs as he went 2-for-2 with two runs scored, while Nicholis Parker went 2-for-2 with two runs scored and three RBIs.
For its part, Venezuela needed just five innings to dispatch Germany by knockout with a score of 11 to 1.
Offensively, Luis Yépez stood out, going 1-for-2 with three runs scored and two walks, while Lorenzo Tovar went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBIs.
The Dominican Republic defeated Panama in a close duel 7-5 and thus also sealed their pass to the next phase.
Justin García stood out offensively by going 3-for-4 with a run scored and three RBIs, while Anthony Reyes went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and one RBI, Carlos Marrero also went 2-for-4 with a run scored and one RBI.
Finally, Mexico could not advance to the Super Round as they fell to Japan by a score of 12 to 6.
