Baseball5 courses will be taught from today until Sunday in Panama, with the
instruction of Francisco López, for 20 participants.
The courses are intended to
update, renew and refresh knowledge of the discipline that is going to its
second World Cup in history this year when Hong Kong hosts the event.
But they are also intended for
those who want to train as officials of the discipline, directed by Francisco
López, an international Baseball5 official who was in the first World Cup held
in Mexico and in the last Pan American Games that took place in Venezuela.
A total of 20 participants
signed up for these courses that were carried out by the Panamanian Baseball
Federation with development funds granted by WBSC.
Baseball continues to
diversify into different disciplines and Baseball5 is one that has taken off a
lot in recent years, so it is important that professionals are updated in each
of their areas.
WBSC Americas will continue to
hold courses, workshops and refresher programs for the different professionals
in the sport, from the officials to the scorers, they are part of the sport
continuing to flow in the most professional way, guaranteeing a top-notch
spectacle.
