(Press Release; WBSC AMERICAS BASEBALL).- WBSC Americas was once again present at the LXII
Extraordinary Assembly of Panam Sports that was held in La Asunción, Paraguay.
The
president of WBSC Americas Aracelis León attended and was part of the event
that brings together the best of Pan American sports in its annual meeting for
sports on the continent of America.
President
Neven Ilich was re-elected to the position during the Extraordinary Assembly,
so WBSC Americas, its president and Board of Directors, extend congratulations
and wishes of success to him and his team for achieving this re-election.
President
Aracelis León also attended the ACODEPA Assembly, representing WBSC Americas,
where all the Federations of the different sports meet.
WBSC
Americas, as an institution committed to the growth of baseball on the
continent, also participates and contributes its grain of sand in all areas of
sport throughout the continent.
This
participation in the Extraordinary Assembly of Panam Sports and the Assembly of
ACODEPA is something that has been always present since the current board of
directors is in place, with a view to continuing to contribute to the growth of
sport throughout the continent.
