Panama, Honduras and Venezuela will host the Pan American qualifying tournaments for the World Cups

(Press Release; WBSC-AMERICAS BASEBALL).- Panama will host the U18 tournament, Honduras will host the U12 qualifier and Venezuela will be the site for the Baseball5 category tournament.

For the Pan American qualifier for the Baseball World Cup 5, Venezuela will be the host for the participating teams from June 26-30, there will be three places spots at stake for the Hong Kong World Cup to be held this year from October 7 to 12 .

The WBSC Americas Board of Directors agreed with all its members that the host countries of the U18 and U12 tournaments would receive a direct spot to the World Cups of the categories.

In Panama City specifically, the Pan American qualifier for the U18 World Cup will take place from August 2-11, three countries are playing for their place to accompany Panama in representation of America to the World Cup that will be held in 2025.

Meanwhile, the Pan American U12 World Cup qualifier will be in Tegucigalpa from September 20-29, three teams seek to accompany Honduras to the World Cup of the category to be held in 2025 in Chinese Taipei.

America wants to take the best teams to this international tournaments, seeking to maintain its label as the continent where the best baseball on the planet is played, in all its categories.

For the Board of Directors of WBSC Americas, it is an important step to confirm the venues for the rest of the qualifying tournaments for the World Cups, after having already held the Pan American qualifier for the U15 World Cup in the first quarter of the year in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic.
